Hi, thank you for taking the time to view my website.

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) and bicultural Professional Counselor providing treatment to adults 18 and over.  I am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LPC-1228) and am a Professional Member of the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors.

As a Professional Counselor, I specialize in in helping those who are having relationship and communication problems, depression, anxiety or have experienced some form of trauma in their lives. My philosophy is that there are times when a person needs a “therapeutic alliance” with a professional, friendly and non-judgmental therapist. I provide my clients with an environent that is confidential, comfortable and safe for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.  In return I can help you achieve your hopes and dreams.

As a psychotherapist I use a multi-treatment approach and utilize evidence-based interventions to help my clients reach their goals.   I also  have more than 25 years in providing Critical Incident Stress Management (CISD) services and can assist first responders, such as firefighters, police, and nurses in healing from these experiences.

As a Management Consultant I bring more than 20 years of experience in mediation services, inter and intra-group team building, training, and Executive Coaching. Please review the pages in my site to learn more about my practice and the services I can provide.
