Hi, thank you for taking the time to view my website.

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) and bi-cultural Professional Counselor and provide counseling services to adults 18 and over. I am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LPC-1228) and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  I am also a Professional Member of both the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Trauma Professionals.

As a Professional Counselor, I specialize in in helping those who are having relationship and communication problems, depression, anxiety or have experienced some form of trauma in their lives. My philosophy is that there are times when a person needs a “therapeutic alliance” with a professional, friendly and non-judgmental therapist. I provide my clients with an environment that is confidential, comfortable and safe for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.  In return I can help you achieve your hopes and dreams.

As a psychotherapist I use a multi-treatment approach and utilize evidence-based interventions to help my clients reach their goals.   I also  have more than 25 years in providing trauma response services to the general public and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services for first responders, such as firefighters, police, and nurses in healing from these experiences.
